Booking a Speaker

Have you found one or more speakers you are interested in booking for your event?

If you have short list of speakers you are interested in and would like further information before making a decision, there are two options for you to consider:

1. Simply give us a call and we’ll be happy to offer more details! Call 1.866.821.5090 and speak with Carolyn. You may also e-mail us at: Carolyn@outstandingwomenspeak.com. We are happy to help you find the perfect speaker.

2. Create an account by visiting the Login section to the right of this page. By creating an account, you can use your membership to:

• Create lists of speakers you are interested in (with option to forward that list to colleagues);
• Receive e-mails notifying you of pertinent updates to the list of speakers you are following;
• Submit your list of speakers to us for further details on specific questions such as fees, availability, and other;
• Automatically receive our regular e-newsletter offering updates on current and new speakers

If you choose to move ahead and book a speaker, our next steps will be to get all the information necessary to prepare a contract for you. We will also make every attempt to connect you by telephone with your booked speaker in order to discuss the event. We will take care of all arrangements/logistics unless otherwise requested by yourself and/or the speaker. When contracts are in place, we then invoice your organization requiring 50% deposit on the speaker upon signing, and the remaining 50% payable 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
