Gail Warrior
In 1997 Gail Warrior founded Warrior Group, which has grown to be one of the largest minority- and woman-owned construction services companies in the country. The construction company provides permanent, modular buildings to corporations and government agencies in more than 30 states. Under her leadership, Warrior Group with saw revenue of $124 million in 2009 and an annual revenue growth of over 300% in the last two years. Gail's expertise and business knowledge has also resulted in the company and herself having won more than 30 national, regional and local awards.
Gail Warrior is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace culture of volunteerism, philanthropy and service that permeates her company. Through her long history of community involvement, she leads by example. Within her community, Gail is a major contributor with an unwavering commitment to provide educational enrichment to underserved children through Heart of a Warrior Charitable Foundation, which she founded in 2007. In May 2010, Gail launched the Warrior Small Business Academy for entrepreneurs, a course which provides business owners with mentorship and education to assist them in successfully growing their businesses.
